    The HVAC system failed to function appropriately, disappointing!!! The restaurant service was inflexible, a little more accommodation would improve guests' experiences greatly!!!

    Liked wonderful views.

    The rooms were a nice size and included a safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed etc. The location was amazing, adjacent to city centre & airport, the towncenter, and airport, in a particularly good area. I had coffee at The Cheesecake Factory, located within 5 minutes walk.

    great modern hotel with room for improvement

    The hotel features a modern design that's rare in the area. The staff across all departments were helpful, always cute with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the coffee prepared by BADAL. Mountains can be viewed beautifully from rooms overlooking the Soaltee Hotel.

    I was disappointed with the room assignment, as I didn't receive one with the mountain view despite the hotel having ample availability.

    Really good customer service from dedicated staff.

    The location was a hassle, being so far from the city center. Transportation options were limited, forcing me to rely on local cabs which were uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The whole experience was marred by the inconvenient setup of the hotel and the lack of attention to basic amenities.
